
2011 / 2012 Sports Performance Schedule
Athletes and Parents: Below is our 2011/'12 Sports Performance Schedule. Our goal at 951 Elite is to help develop athletes for the collegiate level. This year we want to give you a head start on the competition by introducing you to basic skills associated with acceleration, agility, power, and strength development. We want to help you maximize your skills and abilities by minimizing your training mistakes. We invite you to train with us and find out how our strength program develops elite athletes into champions.
What will athletes learn?
- Screen for current imbalances in body mechanics (licensed physical therapist available)
- Proper warm-up
- Proper lifting technique
- How to Olympic Lift with proper mechanics
- How to develop power and become more explosive
- How to build strength
- How to increase flexibility
- How to increase core strength
Individual or small group times and dates
Same day as your practice day.
- 2 Days/week at 5:30pm, -- $100/mo
- 3 Days/week at 5:30pm, -- $150/mo
- **3rd day option will be a scheduled agreed upon date
SPACE WILL BE LIMITED THIS YEAR
Team training times and dates for 951 Elite Teams
14-1's and 15-1's
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15pm
16-1's
- Mondays and Thursdays at 6:15pm
16-2's
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15pm
All 18-Under teams
- Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:15pm

Jarod Schock is USA weightlifting certified with over 5 years of volleyball specific weight training experience. He is CPR/AED and First Aid certified. Jarod received his Master's Degree in Kinesiology from Western Michigan University. He has worked with many collegiate volleyball players as well as elite athletes from other high school and college sports teams.
